Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)

ATC Limited run a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) scheme with a number of customers and these can be run in different ways. ATC’s most popular option is to have restricted secure access to the customer’s system coupled with a blanket ordering system. In this method ATC review the customer’s inventory and replenish within pre-agreed guidelines as required.
