New Product Development

ATC offer customers full support with the introduction of new products. This includes early stage discussions where our input can show design-for-manufacture improvements that can cut costs and increase throughput times. We also can convert CAD models (using all popular formats) into manufacturing prints and offer a prototype manufacturing service where we can offer a full inspection report as required. We are also available to discuss feedback following prototype manufacture to help bring the right product to market.

The company currently uses the following CAM systems on a regular basis - SolidWorks, HyperMill and Fusion 360. We are also able to work in other systems as required
