All material will be purchased from "Orthopaedic Company Approved" Western sources.  It will be purchased by ATC UK and will be sent direct from the supplier to Pune.

This will happen in India on ATC machines, on ATC approved processes, using approved tooling and programs and Quality will be assured using ATC approved gauging methods under a controlled calibration regime.

This includes incoming inspection, extra deburring, blasting, polishing, electro-polishing, titanium anodising, laser engraving and passivation. Additionally all QC and QA activities will take place in ATC’s facilities in the UK.

This will all be controlled by ATC in the UK.  A certain amount of stock will be held in the UK and an updated status will be available.  There will be agreed stock turns on these products to ensure a basis of flexibility is maintained.
